Beautiful salmon pink colour the wine has upfront fruit of cranberry and blackcurrant with fresh ripe strawberries and nougat. The palate is juicy with succulent red fruit and fresh acidity. A delicious lifestyle wine, elegant and soft. Perfect on a Spring day or over casual meals. Food Pairing: Terrific for a lunch time salad, pizza with friends or as the perfect picnic wine. 71% Chardonnay | 29% Pinot Noir Ripe cherries, red lollipop and raspberry aromas provide a delicate profile to the wine. These are followed by some hints of grapefruit and wild rose. The palate opens with a voluptuous texture supported by elegant acidity. Initially fresh red berries, wild plum and spice. The length and richness of the palate develops a complexity with raspberry compote and hints of blueberries and aniseed. 54% Cinsault | 23% Grenache | 23% Shiraz The aromas are perfumed, peppery, spicy and exhibit ripe red fruit notes. As always, the palate texture of this style of wine is supple, smooth on the entry but with enough grip and freshness to finish dry and refreshing. In the mouth the texture and fineness of fruit tannin and drinkability of the wine is immediately evident.
