Merlot is the foundation of the blend, providing a silky palate and elegance, with Malbec adding vibrant fruit and colour. Crunchy and vibrant black and red fruit bouquet. Plummy and opulent, also violets on the palate.
Food Pairing: On its own or with a juicy cheese burger or mushroom pizza.
